新潟にて作陶されている大山育男さんの豆皿です。

木瓜を輪切りにした断面を模した木瓜紋は
子孫繁栄を祈るおめでたい紋様だそう。

特別な日にも日常にもすっと馴染むデザインです。

釉薬は日本一の豪雪地帯である
南魚沼の火山灰を用いており
つるっとした滑らかな質感と
複雑で深みのある若草色です。
