通常のヘラは先端が丸みを帯びているものが多削り取ったバターはヘラに粘着しがちですが、五郎さんのヘラは敢えて先に向かって角度が付いているため(鎬と言います)バターがするすると分離しやすいのが特徴です。

バターを塗り広げたい場合は
鎬面を使って頂くのかおすすめです。

またバター以外のものにもお使い頂けますが
ガシガシとお使い頂くのと食洗機のご使用は
お控え下さい。

(手巻き寿司なんかにもおすすめですよ)

仕上げは漆を一度塗りしてあり、
蜜蝋仕上げのものより丈夫です。
